Liberty Management Group is a small local property management company that is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician.
They will be a reliable, positive, friendly, team player, and have a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Unit turnover work
Basic electrical and plumbing
Basic drywall installation, painting
Installing countertops/vinyl flooring
Completing maintenance work orders in occupied apartment homes
Maintenance/repairs of household appliances
Work in a team environment
Ability to follow policies and procedures
Position Requirements:
Valid drivers license and transportation
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds
Able to read and understand policy manuals, safety rules, and instructions
Full-time (Monday thru Friday)
Criminal history background check
We offer a competitive salary:
$25-$28 DOE
Kaiser medical insurance (employer pays 95%). Optional dental available.
